Helped us with everything we needed on our trip. We didn't expect anything extra, but we got some bread and spreads and some fresh fruits in the morning! Great location close to everything in the downtown. Really nice soft beds, had a great night sleep.

The architecture combines inside and outside with an outdoor kitchen and various seating areas. Enjoy the hummingbirds, tukans and the beautiful jungle around you. You have a private riverside seating area as well with the option to swim. Two cute dogs will welcome you in the morning and when you return from a tour or dinner. Ant it comes with lots of extras: strong wifi, washing machine and dryer, super comfy towels, a hammock, many kitchen devices. The owner is friendly and quick in responding, there is the option to book tours, and Albert, the caretaker of the house, is very friendly and helpful. If you are in this region and the cabine is available, book it!

We stayed at Casa Sophia and bird watched while drinking coffee in the glorious open kitchen/living room space. The house and Hadas’s design touch are boho Belize!!! Loved it all!!

Situato a 1,5 km di Cahal Pech e a 17 km dalla Barton Creek Cave, l'Hummingbird Rest è una cabana completamente attrezzata con giardino, WiFi gratuito e giardino. Hummingbirds on your patio are a great way to wake up and go to sleep. The locations close to town but not too close. We had a rental car and felt the vehicle was safe from both other traffic and people. There are multiple places for food or if you want to cook the cabins have a full cooking setup. Excellent! Also check out the grounds and admire all the hard work put into creating this hummingbird haven.

I stayed at Santa Cruz Cabins with two of my friends and we had a wonderful stay! The cabin was super comfy and clean but the highlight was definitely the hosts, Tony and Juliet. They were so welcoming and provided us with tons of really useful information on the area. The cabins are about a 30 minute walk from San Ignacio but as 3 young women we felt safe walking to and from the town along the main road both during the day and in the evenings. The highlight was the home-cooked, local breakfasts made by Tony and Juliet every morning. They brought them right up to our cabin to enjoy on the screened in porch and explained all the local ingredients and dishes that they prepared. If you are planning any trips/tours around San Ignacio definitely reach out to Tony and Juliet and they can connect you with really reliable transport, guides, etc.
