Situated within 300 metres of Gradina Beach and 1.7 km of Chernomorets Camping Beach, Gradina Holiday offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Sozopol. We stayed in a maisonette which was spacious and very clean. The accommodation had everything we needed in terms of bedding, towels, cutlery, pots and pans etc. There is a private car park at the back of the building. Gradina beach is 2 minutes walk away, down the path across the road. The host was very friendly and attentive. He let us stay as long as we wanted on the last day (as there was no one booked after us in our maisonette) and even gave us grapes from the family garden! I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Boasting garden views, Villa Flora features accommodation with balcony, around a few steps from Harmanite Beach. It is situated a few steps from Bamboo Beach and offers a lift. The location is great, with a wonderful view of the sea and the buildings on the coast of the sea. The closest beach is 1-2 minutes walking and there is also a big supermarket (Lidl) just 5-7 min walking. The apartment had everything that we needed and we felt very well, even if the weather outside was not great. Restaurants and city center were also very close (with car it was like 5-7 min and one day we walked approx. 35 min). It was also good to have parking in front of the building. It is clear a place we would return.

Location of the property was excellent, across the street from the beach. Balcony on the ground floor had view of the see. Pool was great. Every apartment has a separate wi-fi router, which I had never seen. Internet quality was excellent, and I head no trouble working from there, zoom call and all. Parking is also great - everyone gets assigned a parking space at the beginning and you can come and go without worrying that you wouldn't be able to find a spot. Outside gym was also a great bonus. From security standpoint also great: gate is locked and opened with a chip, camera surveillance and a live guard at night.

The location is very convenient. It was close to the old town - 15 min by car. It was close to the main beach bars - 6 min by car. There was a parking. The place is very quiet. So you can party close by and then have a chance to take a proper rest. The room was clean and tidy and I love the balcony view.

Casa de oro Aparthotel offers accommodation in Budzaka area in Sozopol, next to the sea and amidst greenery. The nearest beach is 100 metres away and Kavatsi Beach is 1.5 km away. Everything was excellent, matched and even excited the pictures and description of the property. We were particularly impressed with the view and the attention to detail throughout the whole property.
