The house has a large garden where the family grows own fruits and vegetables. For breakfast they serve home-made apricot and strawberry jams. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The house is situated on a calm street, it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good. Krems is very close - you just need to cross the bridge over the river.

Situated within 300 metres of Dürnstein Castle in Dürnstein, Smile Apartments zum Goldenen Strauß features accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. Private parking spaces are partially included.... We had a two bedroom place and the rooms were big and beds very comfortable. The kitchen had a generous offering of coffee, cream, and teas. Dining table and a sitting area. Nespresso machine is always a nice touch. Bathroom was big, with a separate shower and a tub. The location is right on the main street. (5 min walk from the closest parking)
