Edem B&B in Sevan has a garden and a shared lounge. This apartment offers free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. Hostess was very kind and hospitable. There was a very cold and rainy day and she provided us with some tea, free of charge. We can also recommend optional breakfast, which was delicious and huge.

The house and rooms are super nice, quiet, clean, all so well equipped. Wifi works great too. On top of everything, the owners are so nice- really take care of their guests. Not only are they friendly and love to talk to you, but they cook so well. I I even forgot a stylus at the house and they promissed to mail it to my country. One of the best B&B i have experienced in Armenia.

I highly recommend this place to everyone, you won’t regret it! Everything was clean, the temperature was great, even in cold weather! So give it a try, it's like the Maldives only in Armenia haha

This is a large and comfortable house equipped with everything needed for a good leisure time of a big company. It has several cozy bedrooms; a spacious living room that can host the whole company, with a fireplace, several sofas, tv and sound system; bright kitchen with the full set of cutlery and cooking utensils, a washing and drying machine and a dedicated place for barbeque. The territory is a large green lawn, nice to see among the yellow landscape at the end of summer.

Featuring a terrace, Sevan Tarsus Guesthouse features accommodation in Tsovazard. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Overall, we had a great experience with the Tarsus guesthouse; staffs were incredibly helpful, especially the owner, Mr. Azat and the amenities were good. The villa was comfortable, clean, and perfect to enjoy a weekend with friends. We will definitely stay there when we come back!
