Great breakfast included and the dinner as well (10 euros pp). It is towards the farther end of Valbona, so you do have a few kms to walk to get to the Theth trail. No wifi, but you get cell service. Excellent views.

The bed was very comfortable with an extra blanket for those cold nights in the mountains. Like all of the other bathrooms we saw in Albanian guesthouses, it's on the smaller side and has no demarcation between the shower and rest of the bathroom. The included breakfast was delicious and served in their covered, outdoor eating area. There aren't any restaurants nearby, so you'll probably eat dinner here as well. That's not a problem because the à la carte dinner is fantastic. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering their competition is kilometers away. We ordered 3 veg dishes and one portion of meat and paid 9 Euro total. All of the food at breakfast and dinner is either homegrown or homemade, even the wine and vinegar! The location is outside of the town, but much closer to the beginning of the trail to Theth. It can be a little difficult to find, but their driveway is just off the main wash and there are spray painted wooden and stone markers along the way. If you get lost, locals will point you in the right direction. The family that owns the guesthouse is very friendly and hospitable. They'll even build a fire if guests want to relax outside at night.

It had the most amazing view of the valley down below. It was a very comfortable stay and the hosts set up a bonfire for us to enjoy at night which was a huge bonus.

The owner/host is very friendly and concerned with the guests' comfort. The location is very quiet, and the view is impressive. Vila Alexander is several kilometers away from Valbona which is trying to turn itself into a groovy "scene". Pretty much car dependant, but local shuttles do stop nearby. Read all the details about location and policies, and there won't be any surprises.

Sprostite se lahko tudi na vrtu. the apartment was very clean, great location and parking under the window. if you want to rent something few minutes from the path to the mountains for a good price, we recommend it!
