The owner met us at a time that was convenient for us and was friendly, and helpful. The apartment was nicely appointed and beds comfortable. Wifi worked just fine. Didn't use the kitchen but looked very well supplied. However, The apartment is on the third or fourth floor, with no elevator. That was not a problem for us, but heads up on that if you have physical challenges. Use GPS coordinates provided by Booking.Com. They worked perfectly. The building is non-descript otherwise and would have been challenging to find.

Incredible hospitality by the owners, a kind lovely couple who make you feel like at home, unlike these hostels that seem to not even want to see your face. Very cozy room and everything was clean. I'm impressed about the value for the money situation, I have never quite seen anything as good as this in that regard. Overall, perfect stay in a very nice city, 100% recommended if you're coming to Pristina.
