She is funny and great and speaks perfect English About the home stay we can say first that they are absolutely Amazing hosts, lovely people and they were super friendly, they speak perfect English and had great conversations with them, became good friends. Great home cooked delicious dinner with them ! And also lots of Happy water The rooms were clean and the beds are so comfy. They also own a few blocks away a great and beautiful coffee shop and they make the best salted and egg coffee we have tried in Vietnam so far!!! Don’t miss trying them

Quiet neighbourhood in Sapa. Nice outlook when the clouds clear. The house was spacious more so than the pictures suggest. It's clean comfortable and modern. The host was very accommodating and helpful, we appreciate the hospitality. Easy communication via whatsapp during the stay. It's a couple of km from the city centre which we liked, as the city centre is hectic, but you may need to rely on transport in and out of town centre. Motorbike or taxi etc.
