Tu Tu made us feel right at home. Super friendly you can see she has a lot of love for what she does. She even lend us some clothes (I had a very bad sunburn and couldnt find any long sleeve shirts nearby). She also gave us tips on where to go and helped booking everything. She even picked us up at 04:00 at the busstop. Would highly recommend! Thank you so much Tu Tu!

The hostel was very clean and the pool was an added bonus. We had a private room with our own bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. It was perfect for our stay. Town was an easy walk away. It took us about 20 minutes. The owner picked us up at the bus stop when we arrived. We find that the son who spoke very good English was very helpful. He booked our tours, a bus from Hue to Phong Nha and a driver from Phong Nha to Hanoi when our flight was cancelled. The restaurant was fabulous and be sure to take part in the family dinner. It was inexpensive, delicious food booked by mom and sister and lots of fun. I would recommend staying here as it’s great value and the family/owners who all work together to run the place try very hard to please.

This place is an oasis. The rooms are beautiful and the hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome and take care of you. We arrived late and our visit begun with them organising a car to collect us. They took care of our bags while we were on a two-day cave adventure, rented us a bike and let us have our room until late in the evening because we were getting the midnight train from Dong Hoi. The food is excellent. I cannot rate Karst Villas highly enough. Thank you, thank you.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. But the best bit was the homely vibe. The owner and her daughter were so hospitable and friendly, always greeted with smiles. Great location too, right on the river in the beautiful Phong Nha! They have bicycles you can borrow to go into town (very old and need some maintenance but they do the job!) They also offer a simple but nice breakfast and a laundry service which was very cheap. Cannot reccomend this place enough and will return here when I come back to phong Nha!

Levi picked us up from the bus stop the night we arrived and gave us lots of information on things to do. He also let us use the bikes for free and we rented mopeds from him. It is very laidback and that is true for all of Phong Nha village, it is a great place to relax and enjoy the nature.

The hosts were super responsive 24/7 to attend any need. The included breakfast was delicious. There are several restaurants nearby and it’s about 20 minutes walking / 10 minutes cycling from the village center. Nice backpackers atmosphere. Warmly recommended!
