Tu Tu made us feel right at home. Super friendly you can see she has a lot of love for what she does. She even lend us some clothes (I had a very bad sunburn and couldnt find any long sleeve shirts nearby). She also gave us tips on where to go and helped booking everything. She even picked us up at 04:00 at the busstop. Would highly recommend! Thank you so much Tu Tu!

We arrived at 4 am and we were picked up in the center of phong Nha. We arrived in the room and it was perfect. The next morning we woke up with a beautiful view and a very nice breakfast. He helped us arrange a daytrip and a bus to the next location. All in all, a prefect stay in Phong Nha !!

Has everything we wish for. The shower, towels and air conditioner worked quite well. Open space, beautiful views, large swimming pool and always clean. The owner, a great guy, helped organize a tour of the caves, rented scooters, picked us up from the bus station, delivered our stuff eat and always be there to help. Highly recommended.

This place is an oasis. The rooms are beautiful and the hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome and take care of you. We arrived late and our visit begun with them organising a car to collect us. They took care of our bags while we were on a two-day cave adventure, rented us a bike and let us have our room until late in the evening because we were getting the midnight train from Dong Hoi. The food is excellent. I cannot rate Karst Villas highly enough. Thank you, thank you.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. But the best bit was the homely vibe. The owner and her daughter were so hospitable and friendly, always greeted with smiles. Great location too, right on the river in the beautiful Phong Nha! They have bicycles you can borrow to go into town (very old and need some maintenance but they do the job!) They also offer a simple but nice breakfast and a laundry service which was very cheap. Cannot reccomend this place enough and will return here when I come back to phong Nha!

The location was great and the room was really nice with a balcony overlooking the river. The owner, Levi and the staff were really nice and friendly. Levi picked us up from the bus stop the night we arrived and gave us lots of information on things to do. He also let us use the bikes for free and we rented mopeds from him. It is very laidback and that is true for all of Phong Nha village, it is a great place to relax and enjoy the nature.

We took the six be dormitory, super clean, well maintained, comfortable beds each with a privacy screen, well designed and equipped and maintained. The hosts were super responsive 24/7 to attend any need. The included breakfast was delicious. There are several restaurants nearby and it’s about 20 minutes walking / 10 minutes cycling from the village center. Nice backpackers atmosphere. Warmly recommended!
