This is as the name suggests, an amazing retreat. The views are exceptional and certainly good for the soul. The host family are very welcoming and warm. We had the evening meal which was some of the best food we've had so far. If you like off the beaten track in the most amazing location within a fantastic home, you must give this a go. 100% recommend.

Everything. Family of the hosts are amazing, beautiful people, expect everything what you were told about Vietnamese hospitality- they even invited us for a family/friends dinner! Room was spacious and amazingly clean (plus point for comfy mattress), we chose room without aircon but fan was enough, bathroom facilities were all right, area in which homestay is located is a bit further from the centre, but don't you worry- Gia Nghia is small enough that you won't struggle. Home looks like a little jungle as family is growing a lot of plants and flowers in the garden. We came as a guests, but I felt like we left as part of the family. Best wishes for you guys, we hope to see you in future- hopefully when I will learn how to use chopsticks better ❤️
