We were upgraded to a suite after there was a mix up with the room type we thought we had booked, making our stay very comfortable. Amazing place. A classic New Orlean style house filled with all the 'special' vibes of this wonderful city. It's extremely clean and much bigger than any other accommodation at such a price. The most important thing... you feel that they respect you as a customer and as a human being. Also, it's close to the downtown and the historic French Quarter - about 20 minutes walking distance (I never used a streetcar but there are two different choices if you like). A HUGE PLUS - Melissa. She's such a great person and ready to help you with anything. Also a great singer 😉

The room was very clean and quiet, and true to the period/era. Location was perfect, near the trolley stop. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the house, thanks to the house safety requirements. HIghly recommend!
