Dar Hkaiem is a magical place in the city of Hammam Susa. Magical because it relates to the Tunisian tradition. Typical Tunisian colors, both in the interior of the rooms and the courtyard. In the evening, have a nice rest and listen to music. The host is a well-educated, kind and hardworking man. Cares very much about cleanliness. the owner is helpful with everything. at the same time it is discreet and unobtrusive. I felt in this place as if I lived in old Tunisia. breakfasts served very nicely on Tunisian ceramics, which I love. Internet works very well. Hot water all the time. very good price to stay here. i highly recommend this place. I'll be back here one day for sure. I spent a very nice time here.

Located within 200 metres of Bou Jaafar and 600 metres of Bhar Ezzebla Beach, Residence ElFaracha provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Sousse.

We had a simple short stay in Sousse and felt well taken care of by Samir (who lives on the same floor). The host was communicative and reachable via texts/phone. The location is perfect, a stone throw away from the long sandy beach and a short 10 minute walk to the medina and train station. Very convenient location for day trips and plenty of options for food/cafe. All requests were promptly taken care of and we appreciated the great hospitality.

It's just an excellent place to stay in Sousse. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and really clean. Everywhere is walkable and the host is very communicative and helpful - we DO recommend this place to everybody!

The host was easy to contact for any questions and answered quickly. Beach location and you could walk north on the beach for miles on beautiful sand. Nice restaurant 200 meters north on the beach open all day.

Super luxury apartment fully furnished, just bring your suitcase and you will find everything you need. Located in the heart of the city center, next to all tourist attractions and just few meters from the sea. But, once in the apartment, it is very quite. We also had a good contact with Housni's parents, they are so welcoming and sweet. And we highly appreciated Housni's attention in buying a baby crib simply because he learned that we have a 3 months baby. We really enjoyed our stay there, we will definitely be back!
