Great place to stay on beautiful Koh Lipe. Manager met us at water taxi and directed us to house, which was situated right on the beach, clean and comfortable. the AC's in the bedrooms worked, spotless bathrooms, hot water, plenty of towels and beach accessories. Would stay again on our next trip.

Insane view and this hotel has the best beach on the island!!! I swear its a dream. The view from the restaurant is breath taking. The villas are so confortable and they pay so much attention to detail. They even had staff waiting for us at the dock. They bring breakfast to your room and its just awesome.
