Beautiful house with a nice private yard. Anna, the owner was super helpful and responsive. There is a 711 and Thai restaurant within the compound which you can walk or bike to. Very short taxi ride to BKK. Great for a family, small group or even a couple.

500 baht for a small quiet clean simple room with air conditioning in Bangkok is a good deal, Staff was courteous. Shops nearby to buy food.

Not what I've expected. The guest house is very cute and tidy. My stay was quite nice and I love this place. The owner was beyond helpful. She helped me set up an app (like uber) and explained in and out of the apartment so I can get to where I needed to be. There is a 7-11 around the corner and a couple street food stalls there as well for late night craving.

Breakfast was not part of our package. Thai food (both street kiosks and restaurants) was plentiful and good. Night food market across the street provided great value and variety. Location (for airport travelers) is great, about 10 minutes away. Very secure entry and exit. Parking on site.

Everything! Great communication for pickup, drop off and building details from Shirley, like clockwork. . Exemplary. The accommodation itself was excellent, spotless, small.apartment with everything you need. No problem finding somewhere to eat nearby for dinner and breakfast. Also an excellent supermarket. and a UNIQLO. The drive to and from the airport really was quick. 10 to 15 minutes max - the slowest bit being at the departures dropoff - it's a busy airport, lots of dropping off going on!
