Island Club and Grace Bay were every bit as beautiful as we had them in memory from 3 years earlier. Not much has changed which is good, only one new hotel is being builtacross the road but we did not hear any noise from there. The best feature of the hotel is its stunning pool area. Every unit has a stunning view from the balcony to the lush tropical garden whose crown jewel is the pool in the middle. Every day gardeners work on it to keep it in perfect shape. You can hang around the terasse, the balcony or the pool the whole day or walk the max 5 minutes to the sea. The units come with all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Grace Bay has been voted the best beach in the world on several occasions for a reason. The 7-mile-wide golden sand beach is ideal for walks and early morning jogs and swimming in the turquoise-coloured warm water is heavenly. In short, if there is a vacancy at this hotel, you should book it. It is expensive compared to some other Caribbean islands but in Turks and Caicos and Grace Bay it is still best value for money and you won't regret it.

The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The property manager was very welcoming from the beginning. He walked me and my guest to the villa and walked us the amenities. The front desk staff was very helpful and they went above and beyond. The staff at the beach was helpful in preparing the beach chairs as well as giving us a ride to the beach. The complimentary breakfast was great and the fact that the grocery store is across the street was awesome. The Ports of Call is in a great location and I highly recommend.

Breakfast was ok, but they were building a new kitchen area so it was limited to bagels, juice, etc...Our villa was clean and accommodated our party of 6 very well. Things were clean and new towels provided every couple days. Close proximity to many local shops & restaurants made this a great base camp for our trip to Turks.

The hotel provided great services, we used the golf cart to the beach every time and we used the bikes to get breakfast down the streets. We had 2 couples staying in the villa, each with our own bathroom which was great. The deck and pool was just lovely and includes towels and pool floats. Everything was clean and stocked in the kitchen as well.
