The owner is the best! Abofaisal is amazing! He is super attentive and will go above and beyond to ensure that you will have the most pleasant stay at his place. The apartment is super clean and modern, the rooms are very spacious, towels and toiletries are provided, and each room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, and water kettle. The apartment is in a good location. We had our own car and there is plenty of parking available right next to the house. There is also a 24/7 minimart right next to the house and some eateries close by. All attractions in Alula were easily reachable with our own car, Alula Old Town is approx. a 15 minutes drive. If you don't have your own car, Abofaisal can help you to organize transportation and book tours to all the tourist attractions. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would certainly stay there again next time we are visiting Alula!

Perfect for long stay with family. - There is drink water from the special tap. - Mr. Abdalu Rahman is the best host and very kind person. His hospitality is far beyond the expectation. He helped us a lot with the car rental and also with a taxi to Madinah at the end of our stay. He makes your stay fell like at home. - My family spent with him beautiful time on his farm. - Communication via the Booking app and later via the Whatsapp. - We are looking forward to be back in Al Ula at this beautiful house.

The place itself is very nice. Since it's outside of the city, it gives you the feeling of staying in the countryside and thus it's very quiet and peaceful. Very charming garden and various spots to hang around the house with private entry. The house is very well equipped. But what makes this place very unique is the host, Mohammed. He's an amazing man, very social, very kind and always making sure you have everything you need. Can't wait to get back and stay with Mohammed again.

It was really a pleasant surprise to stay here. At night, I sit in the yard with my friends and chat and watch the stars in a quiet environment. Listen to the birds chirping. So happy. It is relatively close to the scenic spots and convenient. Especially suitable for families to stay together. The interior design of the room is also very exquisite. This journey is more complete because of this place.

it was an amazing experience! Atef was an exceptional host, we were able to use the garden, horse stable and the tents. The facilities were super clean and the location had beautiful scenery.

The facilities were great and the staff absolutely amazing - helpful and friendly. Actually I was upgraded to one of the main Banyan Tree villas so I can't comment on the Asher Tent villas as I only saw them from the outside. But the overall surroundings were stunning, set deep in the desert away from the town and just 5 mins drive from the mirrored Maraya concert hall.
