They are very accommodating, my check out time was 2pm and as per my request they let us stay till 8pm. What ever we requested we got it immediately. Location of this hotel is lil far from haram but I must say that its located in the posh area. Mcdonalds was right in front of the hotel and other stores as well. Jummah masjid and quba masjid was very near to the hotel.Rooms were clean and big. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
