Walking into Sorin's garden was like walking into the Garden of Eden. Rose, wisteria, black eyed susans, and begonias drape and burst from every corner of this green labyrinth. It was so peaceful and beautiful, we didn't want to leave! We stayed in the family room, and it is exactly as advertised! Clean and comfy, small and quaint. We'd come back to Romania just to stay here!

The area is quiet and pleasant with easy access to Sibiu. We made full use of the shared kitchen. A souvenir shop with homemade, traditional items is around the corner. We had a lovely visit!

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast with local and traditional food is amazing. It is also a good place if you like to go hiking. The houses have AC and are very clean. Also the position of the houses offer you enough privacy. A very big applause for the owner’s and the staff from Portal Village. We will for sure come again!

It has the best central heating, because the house remained at the same temperature all the time. Thalida sent me the check in instruction in advance and answered messages very quickly. We loved it there and would've liked to stay longer.
