Comfortable and self catering, great value for money, Supermarket Mall near by, and inside the subdivision there is home cooked food delivery which is reasonably priced and delicious. Also a small supply shop outside the property with a very friendly shop keeper. A Starbucks very near too that opens early, and also many other restaurants and shops/services in the neighbourhood. Very good transport too. The best part, is Ms Rosalie who is an excellent host. Extremely responsive and very helpful and cares about her guests, also has a lot of knowledge about the local area and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I recommend to anyone who needs a temporary base in St Rosa.

It’s very clean and comfortable. So comfortable in fact that my husband and I opted to just watch a movie (Netflix is available in the unit’s tv) and eat pizza instead of exploring what Laguna has to offer at night. You will feel very secured because you’ll pass two guardhouses with very polite and kind security guards before arriving at the unit. The owner is very friendly too. I highly recommend booking your stay here!

It was a spacious, well equipped room in the area we wanted to be to visit family. Helen was really helpful as we struggled to find the property initially, and she came out to meet us and show us the way.
