Loved the indoor/outdoor flow with the deck being easily accessible and the egg chairs on the deck were really nice to sit in overlooking the river Really easy to walk to Whangarei township and bonus that we could bring our fur baby.

It was absolutely sensational. So clean, spacious and in a perfect, local, but quiet location. We loved every moment. It is so aptly named. It really was a home away from home. But even better. Our host, Tracey, goes above and beyond, and left us so many treats and things to do. She is seriously super Amazing. We are at our next air bnb now, and there is not even a tissue... I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. Literally, everything is kindly available.

The photos don't do this location justice. The views were lovely, and the tuis singing in the trees made for a very pleasant stay. Gillie was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. We were 3 old friends and we loved our stay. Its an easy walk to the local cafe for an espresso. The pressure in the shower was fantastic! We would love to go back and stay longer.
