Great friendly service with excellent facilities. The bathroom was tastefully modernised and the shower was EPIC! My hosts were great and clearly had done a lot of travel as they have ensured quality and comfort, every step of the way. I felt like a king with the beautiful breakfast I have cooked for me and a lovely outlook from the dining area. And very importantly for me as a frequent traveller . . . the bed. Absolutely amazing nights sleep. Plenty of pillows (mix of firm and soft to select from), a wonderful bed!!!

This was the nicest appartment we had during our 6 weeks on the North Island. Miranda and Nick are superb hosts with their refreshing British humour and great hospitality. They invited us for a glas of wine on the patio and we learned quite a few things about New Zealand and got suggestions for things to do in the area. The apartment has all we needed, especially a fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and a barbecue near the pool. We took some fresh thyme and rosemary from the garden. A full breakfast was in the fridge: fresh fruit, bread and butter, yoghurt, marmalade, orange juice and eggs. Wish we knew before how nice this place is, we would spent more than only two nights there. Thanks, Miranda and Nick!
