Host is always available and open to answer all our qiestions. Everything was excellent - the apartments are located adjacent to the main street and a short walk takes you to the centre. Nearly all the major sights of Bitola were within a 5-15 minute radius. The property is warm and inviting with a degree of privacy and a beautiful garden. The owner, Nikola, was very responsive and helpful and I am grateful for his personal interest and involvement. The apartment itself was luxurious with comfortable beds and all the furnishings, fittings and amenities of a top end hotel room. Overall I had a terrific stay and would highly recommend Iris.

The communication with the owner was on perfect level. He was very informative and met us for the keys. The property exceeded my expectations, because it was huge (around 90 m2) with a lot of balconies, and modern inside. There is parking space just across the house. It is in quiet area, but in 10 mins walking you can find hypermarket and all other stores. Next year will be back again here! Thank you Eli and Kire!
