My partner and I enjoyed every aspect of this experience in the Mhamid desert and in the camp we chose to spend the night. After the tour on the back of the dromedary we arrive in Camp Desert Trips already rich from the experience we have just had and it was no less there. We were welcomed by the staff who are like a family, they immediately offered us a hot mint tea (the first of a long series) and then we enjoyed excellent Moroccan specialties for dinner to end the evening with our eyes fixed on the sky at admire the stars while listening to the traditional songs and music of this welcoming people around the fire.

We were woken up early to watch the sunrise over the Erg Chigaga tours before sand-boarding, and taking a 4x4-ride over the dunes and out of the desert, and culminating with a traditional Berber breakfast made for us back at the base. The staff made us feel very safe and at home. Their dog was very friendly & guarded our tent through the night. We're so happy to have done this tour

Yaya, the trip guide, is great! We took the three day trip from Marrakech to erg chegaga and it was an awesome experience visiting places such as Ait Ben Haddou and the Mhamid desert with almost no turists! and they are nice and professional. We nervously drove off into the dunes towards sunset, not sure what to expect...and we were so pleased! The staff were kind and helpful, the accommodation was simple but very comfortable...we really wish we had spent at least one more night...Our host was so welcoming and told the best jokes. The dinner was excellent as well. We hope to return some day!

100% the best place to stay in Mhamid. For this amazingly low price you get better service than some of the fancy places in Marrakesh. The team is very kind, the cooking is delicious and the air conditioning much appreciated. But my biggest recommendation is - ask them to organize the trip to the desert and camp for you. Our guide Hamza was truly amazing, thanks to him we got much more than most advertised tours offer for less money. If I were you I would do the full service with the oasis lunch and the camp.

We were offered a parking place in the village and were brought to the camp by a 4x4. Everyone was super friendly and the food was great. The owners also have a second camp in the high dunes of Erg Chigaga, where we also spent a night. It was beautiful too und and very easy to book. You can go sandboarding and the camp is super relaxing.
