Our recent stay at Ubuntu Beach Villa by Reveal was nothing short of perfection, encapsulating the ultimate beachside luxury in the heart of Sri Lanka. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking oceanfront view promised a getaway like no other. The villa itself is a marvel of architectural beauty, blending modern aesthetics with touches of local design, creating an environment that is both luxurious and comforting. The spacious rooms, with their elegant decor, offer stunning views of the Indian Ocean, allowing the soothing sounds of the waves to lull you into relaxation. The staff at Ubuntu Beach Villa were exceptional in their service, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving guests their own space. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home, and their recommendations for local experiences were spot on. Ubuntu Beach Villa by Reveal is more than just a place to stay; it's a sanctuary where luxury meets tranquility, offering an amazing beachside experience. It’s a jewel on Sri Lanka’s coast, promising memories that will last a lifetime. I’m already planning my return to this exquisite escape.

Chamila and Shannuka were so friendly and caring and they welcomed us like family. The apartment was spacious and incredibly clean with big comfy beds, great bathrooms and all the necessary amenities and facilities (great aircon, a toastie maker, hob etc) The wifi was reliable, fast and worked through the powercuts which was great for my partner who was working remotely. The location was brilliant, near lots of beaches and local places to explore and eat. We visited the closest beaches and loved being close to Weligama still too. They provided us with perfect recommendations for trips and places to see and also took us to the airport on our last day. They made us and our children feel safe and well looked after and our children often disappeared to play with them! We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking experiences which they provided, showing us how to make dahl curry and coconut roti. We loved eating the mangos from the mango tree in their garden and listening to peacocks early in the morning. Chamila and Shannuka also cooked for us most nights and the food was amazing!! If you have a chance - please make sure you experience their cooking. By the end of our stay we felt like they were our family. The couple go above and beyond, they are the most exceptional hosts. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful couple and their home.
