Guruge is the kindest person. Except from having a beautiful home and garden, he is very sweet and helpful with everything. Me and my friend stayed here. We’re two girls and he made sure we didn’t have to walk anywhere in the dark in the evenings, offered to help with everything. He made us amazing home made food with food growing in his tree. He told us a lot of insights about Hikkaduwa too!

We very much enjoyed our stay here and, as a result, even extended our stay. The location is great (few min from the main road and beach), the accommodation is very clean and the pool was nice. Also, the staff was lovely. Good breakfast. And a great place for spotting wildlife!

The hotel was very very clean, the rooms, the bathroom and the common space. Also, i recommend to try breakfast because they has some nice local food cooked ans served for you (you order one day before, no buffet) which was interesting, fresh and tasty. (I loved your pancakes with coconut). The hotel is next to the turtle beach and all the shops, restaurants etc. We rent a tuktuk and they offered us a parking place right next to the hotel.
