We had a really great stay here, the hospitality of the owners was just great and the garden is really peaceful. The food was good and we met many kind (solo) travelers here, and we had cosy dinners together. It is close to the old temples, so the location is good! Would highly recommend.

The property itself was located in a low key residential area with a beautiful garden. The birds at sunset were magical. We sat and had a couple beers on our balcony and were mesmerized by the diversity and jungle sounds. Shon, the property host, connected us with Lalith @ Yellow Tuk Tuk who took us around for reasonable rates. 100% excellent Sri Lankan hospitality. A/C and Fan were fabulous for good sleeping. Bathroom great also.

The room was part of a beautiful colonial style house with a lovely patio area just outside the room. We were right in the middle of the main sights of Anuradhapura, in fact walking distance from the Bodhi tree pavilion. The host and hostess were extremely helpful with the transport and tour options we required and provided a killer breakfast as well; make sure you go there with a good appetite!
