The host family is extremely welcoming and super helpful. The setting is peaceful and green. Meals are lovely. I had a bungalow right on the lily pond, which I loved. Everything is great but best of all is the people who run it. I will definitely be back.

Lovely place! I actually had a medical emergency and the owner made sure I received medical attention and checked on me the next day. Wonderful owner!! I am so so grateful to them!! Bed was comfortable! Location is great!! Quiet but in a central spot to everything

The room was spotless and airy the staff were extremely helpful and friendly the food was fantastic cooked by the owner and I can honestly say some of the most tasty food I've ever had .The grounds and recreational area were relaxing and with a good strong wi-fi signal all around.

We loved it here. The sun terrace on the top floor is a dream and the free wonky bicycle rental really was perfect. The room itself was biiiig and the building must have been built smartly, as even though we only used a fan it wasn’t too hot at all. The location is good too, it’s close to a cheapish guesthouse and many local shops along the main road. The bed was super cosy and the hosts were very helpful too with onward travel and scooter rental.

It’s a beautiful place to stay. The pool is stunning and the bungalows are comfortable and set in a lovely garden. The owners were so friendly and helpful and the food delicious!

Kate is the kindest host! The place is close to the beach and the crab market, but still hidden enough to be a nice quiet escape! Her dog and cats on the property are adorable! The food is incredible, and having a motorbike on property to use was awesome! The beds were extremely comfy and everything about the room was really nice! Would definitely come back if I ever make my way to Kep!

The room was of good size with tea/coffee making facilities, hairbrush, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and an aircon. The staff was nice abd helpful, the place was quiet.
