Everything was extremely clean and simply perfect. Ken is the best host you can find. His house is totally fully equipped. All sort of things you need there are inside the flat. The flat is extremely quiet and peaceful No issue for finding him and no problems for the keys He replies fastly to email and to phone calls and HE SPEAKS ENGLISH :) Super suggested!!!!!

If you are lucky enough to book this accommodation, you will be delighted with your choice. Your hosts are the most delightful and kind people. The room was exactly as described: very comfortable, very clean & light with cooking facilities and a washing machine. It's a 10-minute walk to a major supermarket and 15-20 walk to Tokushima train station. I will recommend this place to all my friends and hope to return soon.

The house was cosy and well-furnished (Japanese style). The host had stocked up the fridge with fresh veggies and eggs for us, free of charge! This was a nice surprise. Parking outside was spacious for our SUV too. The bathroom had many amenities available for us.

The key handover, check in and check out were not done in person, but there was an easy to understand explanatory video in English, so getting there was no problem. In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a meal or breakfast yourself. All in all, good value for money.
