The hotel allows guests to use the onsen even after checkout. The Grand onsen is HUGE! It has an open air hot spring bath. Great experience to see the beautiful autumn colours and soaking in the hot pool at the same time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The spread of buffet breakfast and dinner was very big. Very generous with the seafood of fresh snow crab, scallops, salmon, squid sashimi. Highly recommend this hotel.

It has everything we could imagine about a vacation home in a snowy mountain, next to a stream. The location was amazing, so close to all the attractions in Noboribetsu.
