Friendly and helpful staff who speak English. There’s a cafe area downstairs with plenty of areas to hang out, food you can order, and books/cards to look at. They also have a free shuttle service to and from Fukushima station. The Onsen’s are tattoo friendly! The town it’s located in is really beautiful, with small shops, restaurants, and trails to explore. It was totally worth it to stay here and enjoy the hot springs and peaceful atmosphere after a long day of excursions!

Close to the public baths, foot baths and historic merchant's house, and a short walk from the train station. Quiet neighbourhood. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Futon-style bed in the dorm room. Kitchen facilities were excellent, shared areas very clean.

I love the Japanese style room, it was very spacious and comfortable and bright. The futon was laid out every night while I was having dinner, and packed away during the morning cleaning. Dinner was excellent, the hot spring baths relaxing. The property is very well set up, very well looked after, cleaned, and very well maintained, making it very comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable. Dinner was also delicious, and private onsen was nice (although, water was EXTREMELY hot - be careful). Staff was friendly and serviceable.
