Perfect communication with guests; amazing hospitality: e.g. from the start I had a large number of welcoming local Genoese dishes to taste; a bottle of Rose wine etc. 2. Full support during the stay including best recommendations regarding sightseeing, where to dine, to swim etc. etc. 3. Amenities at the apartment are beyond expectations; 4. Plan Sea is a nice three rooms bed and breakfast very nice decorated attended by its owner Federico. A very nice guy. Walking distance from the beach, train station, restaurants, vaporetto etc. I spent there 6 days and was like my home. Santa Margherita is beautiful and an ideal place to make base and visit different small towns at la Liguria. Plan Sea is a very good option to stay at more if you travel alone.

We loved this one bedroom apartment in the center of Santa Margherita Ligure. It was sparkling clean, with good kitchen and bathroom facilities, a washing machine and an efficient lift (flat is on the 5th floor so this is very helpful). Rita was a wonderful host - very helpful and super responsive. She also gave us great local restaurant reservations. The view from the two balconies was the highlight - you feel like you are part of the city and yet can see the sea and the lights of the villas on the hillsides. We felt like we were locals and would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you, Rita! We are already missing this lovely apartment and SML!
