The flat was perfectly located for our purposes. Not far from the city center, from stores or our main point of interest, the baseball field in Staranzano. The apartment complex is located right next to the sea. We loved the spaciousness, the quality of the bedding, the terraces and my wife specifically pointed out, that so far it was the best equipped kitchen. Also, we enojyed the conversations with our host, who was very helpful and assisted with all our requests or inquiries. At this time of the year, the noise levels were very reasonable from the beach, also in the evening. We particularly enjoyed the sparrows nesting on one of the terraces. To be honest, you get two terraces, which all face the sea...

Convenient location only 6 minutes from the Trieste airport which was nice before an early morning flight. The rooms were HUGE and all 3 had very nice bathrooms. Easy drive to get dinner with great recommendations from the owners. There was a wine tasting room attached to the property but it was closed the day we arrived. Ample free parking in the courtyard. Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with preparing for arrival. Peaceful residential area.

Tökéletes hely. Minden elvárásunkat felülmúlta. A kiszolgálás fantasztikus volt. Hihetetlen finom és bőséges reggelikkel kényeztettek minket. Alkalmanként külön frissítőkkel kedveskedtek nekünk. Tina és Silvio mindent megtett, hogy jól érezzük magunkat. Minden várakozáson felüli volt. Ilyen vendégszeretetet és kedvességet még sehol nem tapasztaltunk. A vendéglátó házaspár nagyon kedves és közvetlen. A ház tiszta és rendezett,kényelmes ágyakkal. Teljesen felszerelt konyha van és még croissant+ ásványvíz is üdvözlésképpen.😊 Mindenkinek ajánlom!🙂

The host met us at the gate to the appertmendbuilding where the property is located with only a few minutes of upfront notice from our side. The parking lot is secured by a remote controlled gate, a reserved parking lot for the property is available too. There is enough space even for bigger cars. The host was very friendly at all times and explained everything we needed to know very well. We enjoyed breakfast and a wine in the evening on the sunny, large balcony. Fresh towels, showergel and shampoo were provided. The checkout was uncomplicated by just depositing the keys in a box. The appartment is very clean, everything is quite new and it is tastefully furnished. The queen size bed without a gap in the middle was one of the best beds we have ever slept in on our trips. Like made for couples they had one big cover, just wonderful. The location is somewhat outside the city center in a very quiet area. Three supermarkets with different sortiment (We liked the Coop, they also have some good regional products and wines) are reachable by car within minutes, but might be a bit of a walk. If you come by car you are very quickly on the motorway or on very good country roads if you want to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the wine area and the small italian towns, which we recommend. Destinations like Palmanova, Grado, Goricia, Trieste or Bibione are reachable within 30 min to 1hr even Venice would not be too far.

The apartment is big enough for a family, clean and comfortable. The car can be parked in front of the building for free. Wifi is great. The hosts are fantastic.
