Their serviced apartments are net, airy and organic. The fresh smell, white walls, large mirrors, green plants, comfortable and cozy textiles and decorations exude a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Also, the breakfast is rich and varied. We highly recommend Bungalow 157, you won’t regret it!

I liked so many aspects of this property. It has beautiful furnishings and lots of interesting paintings on the walls. There were many books and comfortable sofas where you could sit and read.. My room had a balcony with trees outside and this was a nice area to relax in, especially in the mornings. The property is located in a good neighbourhood.

Pankaj and his staff were very helpful and kind. We were greeted with warm chai and a lot of recommendations. The room, bathroom, hot water 10/10 The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided.

The property is a slice of paradise in an otherwise hectic city. Lovely grounds, delightful pool, old-world charm, and a fascinating history connected to the family who still own the property and manage the guesthouse. I loved the communal dinner, which was delicious and varied every night and a great way to connect with the other guests. The Kahn Market is nearby and a good place for shopping, with FabIndia and Anokhi being my favorites, plus there are many good restaurants there. It was easy during the day to catch a rickshaw by just standing outside the gate. The guesthouse can be a little challenging to find at night, so keep the phone number handy. I also liked that it was a quick taxi ride to the airport. The owner is a wonderful hostess and the staff is friendly and helpful. Shukla, the owner, is a fount of knowledge. There was a very ill traveler staying at the guesthouse and she tended to her like a mother, even late into the night. Truly a caring person, and she and her daughter make one feel at home and welcomed. I can see why many expats return time and time again when in New Delhi. I stayed on both ends of my trip and look forward to staying again.
