Owner was very accommodating helpful and property was wonderful. Not to far from the beach and close to Martin's. House is fully equipped even the kitchen.

Very spacious and clean apartments, there is everything for a comfortable stay and even more. A very cozy guarded complex with a swimming pool and a green area where you can even see a peacock. Soft and huge bed, shower and bath, drinking water filter, kitchen utensils, washing machine, large sofa to relax with friends, terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. The best apartment complex nearby (walked around a lot). The nearby beaches are simply magical, especially at sunset. Safe area, even in the evening it is not scary to walk alone in the neighborhood outside the complex. The owner is very kind, ready to help with any question.

Mr. and Mrs. are the kindest souls we have met during our journey through India. They were helpful sharing tips, with setting up trips and cooking delicious breakfast. The dogs were nice and were always up for a cuddle. Small, but very important bonus.

The Guest House is in a good location, only a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. What really makes this property great are the staff Judy and John are very helpful and have great communication.

The property is absolutely amazing! These words would be less as it felt like a home away from home. It had all the stuff that you'd ever need including the mixer, rolling pin and the base the, mops, washing powder, iron etc. An absolute value for money and just 5min away from the property is the beach. The staff is very polite and all your issues are solved in no time. The cleanliness was maintained to another level and the owner is a super sweet person. If you're looking for luxury and perfection at the same time go for this property ❤❤.

We had a great stay at the villas for 3 nights. The staff: Naresh, Numa, Kumari, Pavitra, Tila were very attentive, courteous and polite. They treated us like family and catered to every request we had. Pools were always clean and they would clean it again upon our request. They made great homely food and took great care of us. Our kids had a great time with the adults and the kids at the property alike. We will stay here again and would like to recommend this place to all those visiting South Goa.
