we had booked the yurt with twin and double bed and were given the yurt with the double bed and a camping mat so one of us slept in the floor that night on a rainy cold night. we had arrived late (thank you for accommodating this as we were new drivers to Ireland) so couldn’t switch. the hostess kindly offered an apartment that was vacant due to a COVID cancellation. we can’t say how much that was appreciated. the apartment was well outfitted. we were given eggs toast butter and juice to make breakfast! view was beautiful

The setting was unbelievable, great for families due to the beach right on the bay, and the pub on site. The shared kitchen was also a huge plus for us, as we saved a bunch of money not having to dine out for every meal, and we could always prepare the food we needed for our child with severe food allergies. Overall, it was a wonderful homebase for enjoying the beautiful Dingle Peninsula.
