You can see both Borobudur and volcano from the hotel. I stayed for 3 days. The sunrise on my terrace was like a surprise gift for me. The staff here are professional and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is great. The dining area is incredibly comfortable.

Everything was just perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Bobby, his wife and the staff were super friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was just amazing, very tasty and beautiful served each time😍 Room was very stylish , bed comfortable, bathroom and shower very good. Great pool area to relax with nice view. The area is quiet and there are no restaurants near by but there is one market on the corner for basic stuff( 2 min walking)and one warung close by open from 9:00 to 18:00 with delicious and cheap food for dinner.( About 5 min walk) . Borobudur temple is just 10 min with the taxi ( you can get there allready for 20-30 k ). About 1.5 h drive to the airport . Thank you for the lovely stay!

The hosts were by and far the best part of the property. Ika and his wife Christina are the sweetest and most attentive owners. When I arrived I was not only presented with a welcome drink and local welcome snacks, but Ika also sat down with me to explain what the snacks were. He also gave me tips on visiting Borodobur and lent me a book on the temple! The next morning even though I accidentally woke up late, Christina still prepared an absolutely delicious brunch of fresh fruit, local pastry, and a local noodle dish (also all explained). They were super flexible and responsive (on WhatsApp as well) and they made the stay easy and so pleasant. On top of this all, the guesthouse is well maintained and it is in a very central location. I highly recommend coming here to stay!

And he also took me bus station too. So nice. 2,Borobudur is very near and there are so many local restaurant around here. (recommendation ) 1,it’s better to reserve borobudur entrance ticket before reserve hotel. 2,In the borobudur, there is manohara hotel restaurant. After borobudur sightseeing, I recommend you go there. It’s very cheap restaurant. But you can eat food or drink something watching borobudur. 3,You can take a direct bus from airport to borobudur. The bus is DAMRI. One way is Rp. 100000. (2023/Aug) 4,There are cafe near this hotel, if there is concert, you listen their music in the night.But if you go there, it must be fun. Normal cafe. So it’s cheap (only coffe is OK)and they are nice. 5,If you have any question, you can ask the owner.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Vegetarian breakfast was prepared and served hot at my room, exceeding my expectations in taste and choice of ingredients. The landscape, garden, traditional wooden buildings, and the stunning view of sunrise and sunset, all set against the backdrop of misty mountains, left me in awe. The wooden furniture and the papaya plantation in the backyard added to the charm. The friendly staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing a stand fan, hair dryer, and iron promptly upon request. They also went above and beyond in assisting with my travel plans to visit nearby temples (candi). The convenience of walking to grocery shops and the Borobudur temple was a plus. Additionally, the reliable WIFI made arranging routes and grabbing a car on hot afternoons a breeze. What I truly loved was the opportunity to pick flowers from the garden and arrange them on my breakfast table on the patio. My stay at Balkondes Majasingi Jasamarga was truly a delightful experience, allowing me to enjoy nature, explore ancient temples, and bask in the kind hospitality of their ever-smiling and caring staffs.
