The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

We were lucky to see all the surroundings covered in fog one of the mornings, we felt like being on an island. - the lady who welcomed us was really nice and available for most of the time - you could use washing machine for some extra money - the location is great, you will get really authentic experience - free parking spot in the main parking for your car Overall, the place looks a bit better in real, compared to the pictures

Staff was great, checking-in after hours was not a problem at all(they gave us instructions how to self-check-in, where to park, etc) Breakfast was very good, and with an awesome view of the surroundings from the terrace. Room, while not particularly big, was adequate and clean, nicely arranged.
