This place is amazing! I was a bit hesitating to book it after a couple of negative reviews but honestly I can't imagine what kind of "her majesty" should you be if you've managed to complain on something here. Obviously it's not a 5* resort, but taking to account the price I must admit it was one of the best places we've stayed. We've got a spacious 2 bedroom sea view apartment on a top floor. The view is simple breathtaking! Everything was in a very good shape and sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable, you have the luxury to fall asleep under the sound of waves if you open the balcony door. The kitchen is quite basic but you've got all the necessities to prepare something simple. The receptionist Kathi is very friendly and helpful.

First of all the apartment was perfect; comfortable beds, air-conditioned, wonderful balcony, well-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. Second, the breakfast was a perfect start to the day and we were offered plenty of alternatives, especially the omelettes were heavenly! Lastly, the owner was extremely helpful and nice which added a lot to the experience.

All I can say is wow! Lovely and cozy room that was nicely furnished, extraordinarily clean, and very comfortable. I was given a free room upgrade, which was a nice surprise, so I ended up having a nice little private sitting area with a view of the harbour. Screens on the windows and back door were nice to allow a lovely breeze in the room but not mosquitoes. Just steps away from the main little road but far enough away that you'll have plenty of peace and quiet. I didn't meet Luigi in person but he was always available, really communicative, and just an all around a friendly and helpful person. Highly highly recommended!

10/10 everything from communication, cleanliness, location to available appliances and general atmosphere, we loved it all! The owners are very kind and friendly. The apartments are located very close to the supermarkets, several beaches (from a 5 mins walk to a 15 mins walk, depending on your preference), the bus stop, centre of Kassiopi. You've got everything you need: utensils to cook, dry rack, washing machine; we especially liked having a balcony to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Surrounded by vegetation, in a quiet area. Really not sure what else we could have needed. It was perfect & we hope to go back in the near future!
