The apartment was excellent in every way... clean, organized and comfortable. My wife fell in love with the kitchen! Very spacious and all necessary equipment is there for living a comfortable life. Although there is no air conditioning, the host had provided a couple of fans making for a good night's rest. We were met and shown the apartment, given keys and everything was made available. The host is wonderful, kind and understanding, helping us even by bringing new bedsheets and an ironing board after a small disaster while my wife was ironing her blouse. I highly recommend this apartment for a short stay or long term, rather than a typical hotel in Rustavi.

It was fairly new and actually looked as pictured which is not always the case. It was very clean. We had trouble finding it, but a restaurant near by helped us contact a person who was able to give assistance. We really like this area of the city and the apartment is pretty and very comfortable. The washer actually had instructions in English which was so helpful for us as Americans. There is a nice walking park nearby for those who enjoy exercise without stop lights and traffic. The hostess was very nice and helpful.

Location is good, staff is very nice and friendly, good enough WiFi (45-50 Mbps), hot water is really hot, heating makes it warm inside, ability to use kitchen and fridge is awesome and price is just perfect
