Highly recommend, great value for the price - would happily stay here again in our next trip to Gudauri Nice location - few minutes from the lift to the mountain and right next door to the Georgian restaurant (great food and affordable prices) Testy homemade breakfast (a lot of food, we couldn't finish it but we tried) The staff is very friendly and helpful, Tamara allowed us to leave our bags after we already checked out and helped us get taxi to the transfer to Tbilisi.

She was always available to answer any questions and provide valuable insights about Gudauri. Tamar's warm and welcoming demeanor instantly made me feel at ease, creating a positive atmosphere for the entire stay. The apartment itself was nothing short of perfect. Situated at an ideal location, Twins #144 offered breathtaking views of Gudauri and the surrounding mountains. The interior of the apartment was equally impressive—bright, clean, cozy, and warm. The best place in New Guduari for couples who like to be at the center but not to hear all the noise at night ! Great location for skiing (5min walking to cable car), near supermarket and restaurants. internet works very well, smartTv, hot room (in contrast to other places which dont heat well). Every little item is thought of, from a rug to feet at the enterance, through coffee/tea, oil and salt till an extra blanket and a place to put clothes and soap when you take a shower. Responsive owner who helps and answers immidately. Great for a long stay as it even have wsshing machine and extra garbage bags. Finally a place in New Gudauri which pays attention to all the details. Highly recommend.
