Well-done apartment with plenty of amenities. The apartment is even better than the pictures. We were delighted to see a fully equipped kitchen and even some coffee in the fridge! We loved the location which is only a few hundred meters from the castle (there's a side pathway with stairs). The apartment is on the second floor up a flight of stairs from the backyard. So it might not be for everyone. There are two rooms, each with twin beds inside, a TV and AC units. It's a very generous layout, perfect for a group of people. We favorited this apartment for when we visit Akhaltsikhe again!

Staying a night at Beni was absolutely unforgetable. The town is in the central location several key cultural hallmarks (Kintsvisi, Vardzia etc) are within short drive. We were treated like royalties by hotel host. The hotel itself is located in the backyard of their house it felt very safe and protected. Hand made local type of food was prepared amd served to us imdividually over tables with silverware and white cloth. The rooms were crisp clean and renovated and gave us a famtastic rest. Local dining is high end. The lically made white semi-sweet was the best we had im Georgia. Highly recommended

Lovely little hotel in the old city in authentic but fully renovated building in walking distance from the castle. Very friendly hosts who let us use the kitchen to prepare our own dinner and answered all our questions. Sweet breakfast room, very clean rooms. Would have loved to stay longer.

Very nice guest house, very friendly family, the house is very well situated close to the castle and good restaurants. Amazing breakfast in the garden. The room is very good and clean, the window faces the street so it can be a little bit noisy (but it did not bother us too much)

Sveltana is an amazing host. She is warm, welcoming and goes out of her way to help her guests. Everything is spotlessly clean. The location across from the castle can’t be beat. Breakfast in the morning is substantial. The value you get for the price is exceptional. If you want to do a tour to Vardzia and more, we highly recommend her driver, Max. He is super nice, speaks English well and is a very safe driver. We did a full day outing with him, where he took us to Vardzia near opening time, other noteworthy monasteries and fortresses and beautiful viewpoints for photos. There was no sense of rush. He also drove us to near the border with Armenia and bargained for another driver for us to take us the rest of the way to Gyumri.
