Brookfield Cottage was a wonderful place to stay and if I were to return would not hesitate staying again. I have recommended to my family who could be visiting the area as well. Hosts were wonderful. The rooms were comfortable, cozy and exceptionally clean and well maintained. The small kitchen area was an unexpected surprise.

The accommodation is beautiful, spacious and has everything you could possibly need. It is located in a very quiet residential area, a few minutes from open countryside and not far from the Newton Arms and the Leaf pubs (in opposite directions). The owners were incredibly accommodating and very quick to respond. We had no hesitations in contacting them with any questions.

This flat felt homelike, comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the Marine Lake and the walk to Hilbre island, and Ashton park. close to train station and bus lines. The One Stop on the corner for necessities.It lacked only a teapot which we bought and left there; we hope to come back next year
