I really appreciated the staff that helped me on check-in. Jasmin and Michael notably. They did their utmost best to accommodate me on my early check-in as well as granting my room request to a different floor and also quieter. There were a couple of hen nights happening that weekend and I asked if they could put me on a quieter floor which they did. I really appreciated the consideration. The room was a perfect size for a me (solo traveller). Comfie bed, ample amount of space to move around and also very quiet. The reception area which is on the 9th floor looked nice and chill. There's a bar and restaurant there. I didn't have the opportunity to check it out myself but when I popped in quickly, it looked really cool and chill. Great location as well! About an 8 minute walk to the Arndale area. It's located right next to China Town area in case you love Asian cuisine. :)

Ur place was the most excellent and family oriented vibe place I have stayed with respect to Airbnb. The house and the rooms are so nice to a fault. The receptionist niceness was oit of this world. The flat was immaculately kept. Claudia was an excellent hostess and her cat was super cute. We were so busy out and about that we didn’t get the opportunity to get to know our hostess better but the few brief interactions we did have showed how kind, thoughtful, and friendly she was and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a clean, warm, and inviting home from home.
