We enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the bathtub was a lovely bonus after a long day exploring the city. The room disposed of everything we needed and the selection of teas and coffee was much appreciated. The host was welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this place without any hesitation.

Nice and peaceful. Around 15 minutes walk to the beach and the seaside, perfect for us. Bed nicely sized, not lots of stretching out space but it's a bed room, bed, lamp, TV if in the mood to watch, all you need. Plus a bottle of water in fridge each day was great Breakfast was really nice as well, always lots of choice

A vendéglátó hölgy végtelenül kedves, barátságos. A reggeli kifejezetten emlékezetes marad: finom full English breakfast, kedves (angol) vendégekkel, ahol mindenki mindenkivel társalgott. Távozáskor 1 órával a reggeli kezdés előtt kellett indulnom. Az ajtóban ott várt egy gondosan összeállított reggelit tartalmazó kis csomag, néhány kedves sor kíséretében. A strand közel van, nagyszerű partszakasz. Összegezve: FANTASZTIKUS SZÁLLÁS !

Tastefully decorated guest house. Room was chic, well appointed with every comfort thought of. Small well stocked fridge with optional drinks and snacks if wanted. Toiletries provided were of good quality. Bed was extremely comfortable with excellent linen. Short walk to Hastings restaurants. Excellent choice of breakfasts served in delightful conservatory. Comfortable common lounge area has a selection of light reading on coffee tables. An absolute jewel. Thank you to Karen, our host.
