Home away from home. Beautifully furnished and spotless. Felt very comfortable in the apartment with everything I needed. Very quiet, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and a great kitchen. Host was very helpful with things to do and places to see. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.

They have thought of everything you might need, and provided a beautiful environment from which to enjoy a unique village. It was great to walk the deserted streets after the other tourists had left. Then there was a breakfast with more jams, honeys, cheeses, breads and croissants than you could possibly eat, all with a killer view. An experience not to be missed.

Everything especially the owner/Manager, Véronique She is so service oriented that she goes out of her way—like picking me up from Albi to drive me to Cordés sur Ciel! It was so caring of her to extend such kindness to a total stranger. The apartment has everything for a comfortable and stress free stay. The central location of the property in the Carrefour of CSC is a huge plus! Véronique is also an encyclopaedia of Cordes sur Ciel and she kept me informed of happenings in CSC. I leave on Saturday and she has also offered to drive me to Albi Ville where I will catch a train to Toulouse. I highly recommend La Maison des Chats and I will be a repeat customer.

We loved everything about this property, probably the best guesthouse we have ever stayed out, beautifully laid out and decorated apartment which was absolutely spotless. The Room was very spacious with a huge bed, lovely linen, very nice size bathroom with all the amenities you could want. Their was a kettle, coffee machine with both tea and coffee available, the view outer the valley from our room was beautiful. Breakfast was on the terrace which was reached by a tunnel under the road attached to the house, breakfast was typically French and beautifully laid out. We received a very warm welcome from our host Muriel and would highly recommend staying at her property it is a 6 Star 10 out of ten.

It is beautiful renovated and you feel you have travelled back in time just with all the modern day comforts. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful and the stay exceeded our expectations. We walked to the medieval village for dinner which was a great experience. The house was exceptionally clean and we have nothing negative to say about our stay.

The breakfast was excellent, the fresh squeezed juice truly a bonus. l'Oree is a short 10 minute drive from Cordes in a small village on the hillside, away from the city crowds but easily acceptable. Our room was beautifully decorated and spacious.
