The balcony was huge and beautiful and the view was absolutely fantastic - the whole Atlantic and a bit of the beach and a little further away the sand dunes of Maspalomas. Large apartment, well equipped, well maintained and very clean. The location was also good, close to the beach and close to the grocery store. Some good restaurants nearby. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. There are many stairs down to the pool and beach. It was ok (even good) for us, but if you have difficulty walking, there will probably be problems.

The apartment was very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. Communication from the owner was excellent. The outdoor area was totally amazing. Everything to like. The location was quiet, and that suited. We loved stopping here. There was no kettle to boil water for hot drinks, but this could easily be remedied by boiling water in a pan. Otherwise, excellently equipped

The accomodation was the BEST we ever experienced. We travel 8-9 times per year all over the world, and this is by far the best apartment we ever stayed in. The hosts are amazing and did so many fantastic things for us, like arranging groceries before our arrival since the stores would not be open on New Years Day. The apartment has a great view that is worth dying for, it is really spotlessly clean, there is a washing machine and all apartment is very well equipped. There is air condition. We will without doubt come back!! We never ever had this value for money. Wow, wow, wow!

The villa has lots of extras to keep us all entertained, it is an Aladdins cave! The pool was a lovely temperature for winter. We especially liked the outdoor screen for films for the teenagers in the evening, the darts, pool table and table tennis, and use of the inflatables for the pool and boogie boards for the beach. Beds were very comfortable.

All the items you’d need for a family stay are there, ready and waiting for you when you arrive, and a hell of a lot more items. Villa lovely and clean when we arrived, all rooms made as requested on the pre arrival form. We arrived early but Hans and his cleaning crew allowed us the use of the basement to keep the kids amused. The villa was even better than what we expected! There was no shortage of things to do and enjoy in the house! The terace with the grill was the center of our stay, we used it frequently with delight, enjoying evening dinners on the terace. Pool was enjoyable and the rooms were clean and nice! Kitchen was well equipped.
