The apartment was really well located to the beach, bars and restaurants and some greet shops. We parked in zapallito underground parking and you drive to the furthest end and you need E3, you just walk up the stairs and it's literally 3 minutes walk to the apartment. Reaching the apartment is easy flat walk, stairs inside lead to the first floor apartment. It's lovely. It's clean and bright and well maintained. It's very comfortable, beds were great with lovely white pressed linen. We didn't use the kitchen except for making a coffee but if you did want to everything is there. The owner provides a little bag with washing up liquid, sponge, cloth, toilet roll, plastic gloves, and a washing tablet if you chose to the the washing machine. We will definitely go there again as its a great location and modern accommodation but with some character. Owner is delightful and helpful and easy to communicate with.

Great location,clean,and well appointed they were having an issue with the A/C in our unit and couldn’t get a tech there so they made sure we had a portable unit and fan so that we were comfortable not sure if other property’s would have gone to that extent
