The apartment is simply great! Large family room, perfect for a family with 3 kids. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The location cannot be better, you step out of the door directly into Plaza Mayor. The whole building is beautifully designed and maintained with shared public sitting areas near the apartments. Everything is super clean and well maintained.

Fantastic location very close to the historic centre but relatively quiet. Ideally for us plus small granddaughter on a two-night break during a road trip. Loved the little shady patio, apartment has been tastefully renovated and comfortably furnished. Plenty of towels, comfy beds. To quote the small one..."I don't like it, I love it".

We stayed in Caceres for a day so we were looking for a nice apartment in the centre of the city that would enable us to see all the major sights. Glad we booked the el patio apartments. Very clean, excellent interior design and super comfortable bed! On top of this Christina, our host, shared with us tips regarding good restaurants in the area and was attentive to our needs.

Love this apartment, 7 min walk to the plaza mayor and it us with the old town . Rooms are very spacious with air conditioning each and really comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking . The bathroom is very confortable with a great shower . The situ room has a small balcony looking into the plaza and has a great view . However, for us the nicest thing was the terrace on the top floor . Lovely to have wine and listen some music . Definitely we would come back .
