The house was cozy and warm. A lot of attention had been put to little details in interior design and decorations. The surrounding area was quiet and nature beautiful. All together there were three houses, but with respectable distance between them and with windows positioned so, that you could not see into the house next to you. Great solution for privacy. We stayed for two nights and cooked all the food ourselves. It was great to see that the kitchen had all the necessary equipment for that. Previous comments have mentioned salty tap water. When taking a shower or brushing teeth, I couldn't notice anything wrong with the water. Same when washing hands or dishes. I also tried to make some tea, but that was a little bit salty. Then again this was not a problem, as fresh drinking water was also supplied and it was enough for two people staying two nights.

Clean and peaceful place. Good location to explore Hiiumaa. Friendly host. There was everything we needed in the apartment. The house might look like a bit retro outside, but the apartment is totally fine.

Superb location right in front of the Orjaku bird watching path. The room was in a historic beautiful house in a park with old big trees. Excellent sauna. Amazing breakfast , everything was excellent, a variety of homemade food .. thank you for the warm hospitality… we had to catch an early ferry and our host came along to serve us morning coffee !! We definitely recommend Dagens house as finest accommodation for a peaceful relaxing heartwarming stay in Hiiumaa. Thanks again .

Overall a really nice and new place to stay with a group. A lovely living room, small cozy sauna and a nice big terrace. Car can be parked in front of the house.
