The apartment itself is beautiful, decorated with a lot of style, the beds are comfy and there are a lot of amenities. For example, we appreciated how the host provided a selection of spices to cook and when we realised salt was missing, she very kindly provided some. There is an attention to detail that I've rarely seen in other apartments. The location is ideal, not in the center of the cute Stolberg old town indeed, but quite easy to reach if you don't mind walking a bit, and one of the bus stops to go to Aachen is less than 5 minutes from the apartment. Parking in front of the house was practical.

Everything in the house was clean and new. The host was really helpful and was recommending us places we can go in the area. The kitchen has more things than we could ever need. Most of the time there was space to park in front of the house, otherwise Kranensterzstraße had plenty of free parking spaces. The beds were amazing and we were provided with plenty of towels as well.

We used JaRa 1 as a stop-over on a long car journey. It served its purpose exceedingly well. It was comfortable, very clean, and it resulted in a restful stay. Amazingly it contains a sauna which the owners proposed to fire up before our arrival! This being just a one-night stay, we decided not to take advantage of that kind offer. The place has a lovely decor with very ‘peaceful’, relaxing photos on the walls.

The landlord was a good and friendly guy. The guide about the room was not detailed, but it has almost everything(oven, microwave, etc.), so I think it is unnecessary. Moreover, the room had an excellent welcome water bottle and a small wine bottle.
